The Talley Light Weight ring/base mount system is unique. The rigid design has no joint between the scope and rifle which eliminates the possibility of an “out of alignment” interface or “loose connection” between the ring and base of a traditional two piece design. By using extruded alloy, and then CNC-machining the exact tolerance Talley is able to provide one of the strongest, lightest mount system on the market.
