Mesa Tactical Receiver Back Ambi Hook Loop for Rem 870
Innovative Sling and Hook Loops provide a way to securely attach a tactical sling directly to the shotgun receiver. They are excellent solutions for single-point slings, or for the receiver end attachment of three-point slings. They can be employed as alternatives to Burnsed loops or other attachment methods that are incompatible with custom stocks. In addition to sling mounts replacing the rear trigger pin, we also offer a limited line of hook loops that mount behind the Remington 870 receiver, between the receiver and the factory stock. These were produced at the request of a large US Federal enforcement agency. Unlike similar designs, the Mesa Tactical hook loops are machined from 1018 carbon steel, then given a mil-spec manganese phosphate finish. Some fitting with a file may be required.
