Stop angry bears in their tracks with Counter Assault’s® 8.1-oz. and 10.2-oz. Bear Deterrent Combo. This value pack contains one 8.1-oz. Bear Deterrent Spray, one 10.2-oz. Bear Deterrent Spray and two holsters for the canisters. Both sprays are EPA registered in all 50 states. Unique formula is made with 2% capsaicin and related capsaicinoids – the maximum allowed by the EPA – to trigger involuntary eye closure and respiratory constriction as well as an intense burning sensation, which interrupts aggressive behavior and causes bears to retreat. Atomized fogger blast offers maximum coverage and slow dissipation. 8.1-oz. canister sprays up to 30 ft. for seven seconds, while the 10.2-oz. canister sprays 40 ft. for eight seconds. Four-year shelf life. Recipient of the Grizzly Bear Stewardship Award by the Interagency Grizzly Bear Committee for Research and Development of Bear Spray.
