This M*CARBO KEL-TEC SUB-2000 Charging Handle Cover has a similar concept to putting grips on your handguards, but in this case a grip for the small SUB-2000 charging handle. This grip helps make up for the small size of the factory SUB-2000 charging handle by giving you more positive control when operating the charging handle.
