Our Shipping Policy

  1. We do not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged packages. 
  2. We WILL NOT ship to the United States. No exceptions. 
  3. Firearms and ammunition purchases require the appropriate firearms license (Possession Acquisition Licence) which is a requirement of the law. We will require a proof of PAL for these products. We require your firearms licence and drivers licence information for non-restricted products. For restricted purchases, we will also require the gun club or range name in which you are a member and your city/town of birth.
  4. We are restricted by law to only be able to ship firearms to the address registered to your PAL (Possession Acquisition License). If you have any issues with this, please contact us directly before your purchase.
  5. We do our best to ship in stock items within 2-3 business days. Delivery to major cities can be expected between 2-6 business days (excluding remote locations). Shipments of restricted firearms are delayed due to requiring government transfer documentation and will not be shipped until authorization is received (each provinces processing time is different). All back-order items are shipped upon arrival and will receive priority processing. Please help us to provide fast and efficient service by providing all requested information at the time of placing your order and specifically a daytime phone number. If you need to contact us regarding your purchase, please also include your order number when doing so to help ensure fast order processing.
  6. All restricted firearms will not ship until transfers are complete (each province’s processing time is different). 
  7. All PAL and Driver’s License/Personal Identification Card photos collected for identity verification will be permanently deleted from our system upon proof of delivery from the shipping carrier. Rangeview Sports does not retain any personal information from online sales beyond what is required by law. 
  8. Due to increased credit card fraud on optics purchases. Billing and shipping addresses must be the same. If a different address is required, ID will be requested to verify the identity of the purchaser.

UPS Shipping – Dangerous Goods

When shipping dangerous goods (Explosive materials or firearms) through UPS, they will attempt delivery 3 times over 3 days, and will return the package to us if the customer is not available to receive the package on any of the 3 days.

These packages cannot be redirected from the original shipping address once the label is printed, and they require Adult Signature. These packages cannot be left unattended at a customer’s shipping address.

Failure to receive a delivery is the customer’s responsibility, and the cost of re-shipping the package would need to be covered by the customer. If you are concerned about UPS’ shipping method, let us know in advance and we can see what we can do for you!

Free Shipping

Free Shipping does NOT apply to the following provinces and territories:

  1. Northwest Territories
  2. Yukon Territory
  3. Nunavut
  4. Newfoundland and Labrador

Free shipping only applies to certain promotions that we have going on from time to time and it is not an all the time promotion.

Shipping Protection

Package Protection is available during checkout. By default, there is no package protection on orders, you must purchase package protection separately if you would like to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. Rangeview Sports is not responsible for lost or damage packages during transit. To protect your shipping packages, you can purchase one these protection coverages.

* If your billing and shipping addresses are different, you may be contacted for additional documentation before we can process your order. Firearms will only be shipped to the address listed on your PAL. No exceptions.
